Overall the stay was great - Room super, very clean and comfortable. Food and service in restaurant very good and decent value. However unfortunately I was charged twice for my room once when booking online and once when checking in after being assured that no payment had initially been taken - this wasn’t the case.

Service in the restaurant was poor, very slow & staff were not very friendly, except for two young ladies that worked there. Housekeeping staff were very helpful. Rooms were spotless. Very minimal with tea, milk sugar in rooms & restaurant.

The place itself was lovely but the service in the bar area was not very good. We had to ask for our plates to be cleared twice after we had our main course and they were bringing desserts out to the table before clearing the main course plates. Shout out to Becca though she was one of the more efficient staff
