"We had a wonderful stay and absolutely loved this charming apartment. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore Milan on foot, and the apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The only minor issues were a loose kitchen tap and a couple of sharp chips in the floorboards. We mentioned both to the host, who was extremely responsive and said they would arrange for the tap to be fixed. We don't think they were aware of the floorboards either, so...
