How to get to Tewkesbury

Located in the middle of the country, Tewkesbury has good road transport links with both Bristol and London, while still remaining agreeably rural and tucked away. Bristol Airport is the closest international airport, receiving flights from across the UK and Europe. It’s an hour’s drive to Tewkesbury, and hiring a car is the best option to explore the Cotswolds. Alternatively, there is a train service to nearby Ashchurch from Bristol Temple Meads, with a short bus or taxi ride onwards to Tewkesbury. This journey takes about 90 minutes. From London, trains leave from Paddington, with a change at Bristol Parkway.
