How to get to Oberstaufen

Friedrichshafen Airport is less than an hour's drive away from Oberstaufen, and there are regular flights landing here from across Europe. Once you land you can simply pick up a rental car or taxi, or take the train from the airport to Friedrichshafen Stadt, then change for Lindau, before taking the direct service to Oberstaufen. Traveling by train takes less than 2 hours, and this can be a cheaper option for those who don't want to drive.
