"We love this Hotel! Arrived late and they greeted us at the gate. At 9:45 they still were able to serve us a wonderful dinner. This was the best Hotel for our family of 4. Room was very spacious w 2 queens bed were comfy and the maid made up the extra sofa huge bed for my son. Hotel has 20 rooms ..."

"I stayed at the Pelicano for a week recently and absolutely loved it. I had a standard room, which served its purpose. In a place like Esterillos Este you really shouldn't be spending much time in your room other than to sleep anyway. The air conditioner worked great, and the bed was comfortable...."

"The hotel was almost like a private location. Breakfast was great and all services were excellent. As an improvement suggestion, light in the room was not good for reading. Adding a ceiling fan to the room will be a great improvement for lighting and AC efficiency"

"Encantada was beautiful and we'll worth the money. The location has a lovely beach, but requires driving to get to any shops or restaurants that aren't associated with hotels. However, you'll probably be happy just relaxing at the beach and by the pool for your whole stay."

"Best beach area in Costa Rica that I have seen. The pool was very small but clean and neat. Red Macaws in the trees slways. Nice shade at beach edge. Legends of mermaids here and a statue in the water maybe 40 yds out. Small market near, nightlife at Jaco 15 minutes away."
