"There is no better hotel to stay at in Covent Garden. All the Firmdales are excellent but this is their first and most classic. Not to be missed. 10/10"

"Great location in the heart of Covent Garden. Quiet & private. The view over the church & gorgeous rose garden were a bonus. Room was spacious and the bathroom had a huge bath and separate shower. Lovely little touches like a shortbread for turn down service. The bar & restaurant were fantastic - great cocktails. Perfect little hotel. Would definitely stay again."

"This is our second time staying at a Resident property in London - and we are always impressed by the welcoming staff, the well-appointed rooms and the good locations. This hotel is in the heart of Soho - but remarkably quiet and removed from the hustle/bustle of this vibrant part of London. Would stay here again."

"It was my first time staying in a hostel hotel pod and it was fabulous. I stayed for 5 nights in a large room and I had plenty of space. Noise levels were manageable. Staff were constantly cleaning throughout the day. I’d definitely stay here again. Great location too!"
