"When we arrived for 5 nights, the receptionist said that they had no record of the booking from Expedia! I produced my hard copy of the reservation. We were able to stay for 2 nights only as the hotel was busy, and had to find another hotel for 3 nights. Unfortunately this is the second time that a reservation with Expedia in 6 months was not recognised by the hotel. Our previous problem was with Polwaththa Ecolodge in Sri Lanka in February 2025 and that was fully paid! The hard copy was...

We come to Playa every year to visit our daughter and next year we for sure we will stay at your hotel again. "Brand new hostel in Playa del Carmen (and the best location in town). Everything is clean and comfortable, and it’s nice to have a rooftop pool and co-working space. All the staff members are super friendly and helpful. You don’t have to be a young backpacker to stay here, the vibe is calm & relaxed, not a party hostel. "I use to stay here allot. It included free breakfast at the cafe across the street . Massage on site . Art classes . It’s def changed. . We booked two beds room. The beds were hard as a rock. They changed the open area by pool to their own cafe . Includes breakfast at hotel now Which is weak coffee and hard dry toast .. room came with two small bottles of water. I asked for a couple more bc we hadn’t gotten to store it was late was told no .. they are all counted. So would miss inventory...

"Friendly staff, room was always clean. Breakfast was always delicious, pool was in shaded area of property so we chose to use the roof top pool across the street which was perfect. Also the beach was a block away as well as famous 5th Ave. Very ideal location with inexpensive accommodations. Simple and favorable property conditions with 24 hour staff. If your on a budget this place was great!"
