"Hotel is located in excellent location across from Palace de Arts - lots of events. Also connected to large mall, metro and underground city. Staff was super friendly and breakfast buffet had a blend of American and European breakfast. Delicious!"

"It’s in the best location in the old port, by the river in one side and famous St Paul shops and architecture on the other side. You can literally step outside your door and you have museums for adults and kids, not to mention the restaurants and mini grocery stores. The place is large and fully equipped for cooking and laundry. It was our second stay and we will be back again."

"Another great stay at Bakan Palais Des Congrès. The suite (1bdr, 2 Queens + sofa bed) was accurate to the pictures on the listing. The suite was clean and well stocked, with the exception of missing tea towels/wash cloths or even paper towels. The only complaint was the mess due to slush as soon as you walk in the doors on the street level. It was extremely slippery on the marble tiles. Other than those two small issues, the stay was perfect."

"The staff is exceptionally helpful. I also love the location - very close to Berri-UQAM Metro station, which is a bit of a hub to take you wherever you may want to go. The room size is small but as a solo traveler, I found it perfect for me. I’ll always stay here when I’m in Montreal."
