"Well located accommodation, comfortable room and friendly and helpful staff (namely Sion). 5 stars!"

"We took the cheaper room(s) and, although small, they were cosy and spotless, and the bathroom was modern. The check-in process is fully automated, simple to use and worked well. There was plenty of parking available at the hotel at all times. A bonus was the complimentary coffees and biscuits available in the lounge area which acted as breakfast for us. We will definitely stay here again when next visiting friends in Cheltenham."

Very nicely decorated with a lovely comfortable bed and a sofa. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of options. Would definitely stay at Jessop House again."
