"Great hotel ! Warning! No English!"

The room was huge and beautiful. There weren't too many things to see in the neighborhood, but it is located right around the corner from the public transportaion so it was very convenient. Only thing was that the guy at the reception didn't speak any English, so when my husband called to leave me a very important message, he couldn't do it. Absolutely no English. Otherwise, it was a great stay.
"Best Hotel in Mexico City"

I have stayed in a couple of Hotels across Mexico City and this one has been the best so far. The room was amazing (the hammock in the shower is simply awesome) and the view was great. There was some building work going on on the outside of the hotel but you didn´t hear it. The Staff was super helpful and very nice. Overall an excellent stay and I´ll definitely be back!

I wish there were more hotels out there like the Room Mate Valentina. This is an honest no frills hotel in a fantastic location. The rooms are large and funky. The staff are most helpful. The wifi and breakfast is included. The price is reasonable. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to make DF their destination rather than the hotel itself. First rate.

Not the same chains of business hotel but I loved the stay much more than in a Hilton or Sheraton or Melia'.... very spacious suite and nice breakfast buffet. You can walk around without any fear as the area is quite safe.
I have stayed in this hotel on multiple occasions and always find the staff to be particularly attentive. The single rooms are quite small but adequate. The double rooms are a delight. The breakfast buffet is bountiful. I will continue to stay at this hotel on subsequent visits to mexico City.

Great Hilton hotel, right in the heart of downtown Mexico City. Really buzzing with life and a great atmosphere. Staff were so friendly and attentative. Within a short distance to Zocalo and other downtown attractions, would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.
the only big problem is the heating. it was very cold and i called the reception and a ingineer played with the air conditioner and nothing helped. i caled a day after and was told that the air conditiner doesn/t heat and they brought me a heater. i suffered 2 nights from cold and i cannot understand why i couldn't get a heater at the first time. Out if it every thing was great.
