We were unhappy with first room allocated but no prob with giving us another with room treats as compensation. Hotel v clean comfy and staff excellent. Decor other than bedrooms bit dated. Breakfast v busy and hectic but hotel full at time. We loved the choice of five pools esp the one beside the hotel apts.
We stayed there end of December for the new year . The hotel was spotless and the staff were very good and kind. The breakfasts in the mornings were just perfect and plenty to choose from. The location was very near the beaches. We would have liked a better room as far as a view was concerned but saying that the room itself was fine. Would we stay there again? Yes we would. We would highly recommend this hotel.

hotel beautiful, staff excellent and very friendly and helpful. room lovely if a little small but you wont be spending much time in there. food very good in hotel. area perfect, 5 minutes from beach and clubs, you wont want to be in middle of Las Americas because reps and people selling sunglasses etc can get annoying. loads of lovely shops and resturants. holiday was brilliant. hotels.com hit the nail on the head yet again, perfect.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room had a wonderfull view - partly on the sea partly on the mountains. The air conditioning was working properly. Meals and choice of food were really huge. The only thing I didn't like was a very cold water in the swimming pool. You couldn't swim at all as it was freezing in the water, alltough the temperture outside was about 25 degrees. The trade mill in the gym didn't work as well. Despite of that they really overcharged for using of WiFi - 1 hour cost 4 EUR. If you wanted to use the stationary PC located in the grounf floor it cost 1 EUR for 7,5 minutes. And the most radiculos thing - to borrow an iron they asked me to pay 15 EUR. So I didn't really feel well on new years eve as I decided not to pay that to simply profit makers.

our stay at LA SIESTA was one of our more enjoyable holidays we have had in las americas over the past 20 years , because it is situated right in the centre of the resort. we had a nice room but it was situated right at the end of the complex ,looking onto a row of trees. we would have liked a room nearer to reception and looking over the pool area. but that said we will be back with a room hopefully situated in a better location.
yours sincerely joe.
