"Freindly hotel with cclean rooms"

The stay was comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was maintained well and clean. The hotel is close to sunridge mall and it was convinient for going to the city centre from the hotel. The breakfast provided at the restaurant was excellent with nice and freindly people to serve. Overall I would rate this hotel as "very good" and I would prefer to stay again. The room for improvement I would suggest: i) Hotel could keep one or two bottles of bottled water in the room (complementary or could be charged to mini bar) ii) There is only one lift and that too is very slow.

"Close to local transportation"

The hotel is very comfortable, the rooms are plenty spacious. The quality of the service was very good, I would give the hotel 5* execpt the outdoor pool was closed for maintenance and was due to reopen the week after our stay. It is very close to the local train and has fantastic views of the downtown core. It is approx 15 mins by train to the down town area. The hotel is undergoing refurbishment at the moment. The breakfast was lovely, there was not much of a selection, but what was there was nice. All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful

I booked this hotel because the rooms wre supposedly "soundproofed". However, hte room to which I was initially assigned as directly opposite the ice machine which was making a lot of constant noise and I had to put up with the sound of ice crashing down every few minutes. The room was so noisy that I would not have been able to sleep so I asked to be moved to a quieter room away from the ice machine. My request was granted. However, if the hotel had been full, I would have had a very poor night's sleep ahead of a long flight. The service in the bistro style restaurant was over the top.

This hotel was exactly what we needed. We stayed the night before our flight. It was a bit further from the airport than we had anticiapted, but there was a free shuttle service from the hotel to the airport. The rooms were very comfortable and had tea/coffee facilites. We ate dinner in the hotel, but there is also a Wendys nearby if you wish to have something else. Breakfast was very good. Would definitely recommende the fruit platter with the yogurt and danishes. The hotel provided free Internet access for guests, which was fantastic. We had not brought a laptop, so it was great to have a facility to download our photographs, check email etc. Would definitely recommend the hotel.
