One of the art capitals of the world, Chelsea has literally hundreds of renowned galleries to explore, including the Gagosian and the Gladstone. Staff were excellent, nothing was a problem. Very quick to react to requests etc. A very pleasant experience. Only small issue was the noisy service lift but the staff were quick to address this concern.
"Nice hotel for a great price"

The hotel was nice, clean and in a good location. My biggest complaint is that the heater was extremely loud and it sounded like firecrackers were going off every hour when it started up. Other than that, the hotel was great.
