Known as the "Crossroads of the World", Times Square is a dazzling intersection famed for its lavish neon signs, grand theaters, and pulsating crowds. Whether you're on your way to a Broadway show, a buzzing bar or one of the family-friendly restaurant that line the streets, look out for iconic structures like the Paramount Building and One Times Square – site of the celebrated New Year's Eve ball drop.
One of the art capitals of the world, Chelsea has literally hundreds of renowned galleries to explore, including the Gagosian and the Gladstone. The High Line, an elevated promenade, offers fantastic views of this upscale neighbourhood, while the Chelsea Piers – intended destination of the Titanic – is a great Manhattan landmark.
Think "New York City" and the sights of Midtown East will spring to mind . There's the towering Art Deco splendor of the Chrysler Building, the gleaming edges of the Empire State Building, and the opulence of Grand Central – arguably the world's most famous train station. For top flight shopping, make your way to Saks Fifth Avenue, and you can even walk the corridors of power at the UN Headquarters.
Anyone visiting the Big Apple will want to explore Midtown West – this is where the razzle dazzle of Times Square is, after all. Take in a show on Broadway or, if you fancy giving your mind a workout, take a tour of the celebrated Museum of Modern Art (or MoMA). And when your tummy starts rumbling, check out the French brasseries, sushi bars and Russian eateries on Restaurant Row.
Sandwiched between the winding Hudson River and lush Central Park, Manhattan's Upper West Side is home to New York's most exclusive high-rise apartments, as well as Columbia University. "Perfect location and service"

I arrived at the hotel with my arm in a sling after a car accident. The staff could not have been more helpful - trying to anticipate my every need. A perfect place to stay in the circumstances. I'm looking forward to staying there again.

For the past three years i have stayed here for a total of 10 times and sometimes with business associates. At the end of my stay, i always need a half day due to a late flight. i don't mind paying the 1/2 day even though it's only 6 of 21 hours, that one pays for the room. In the past, check out has been 6:00 or 6:30. This time at 5:30 housekeeping walked into my room while i was undressed and getting into the shower. Then the phone rang and a very curt, (David) informed me that checkout was 5:30 and i would be charged a full day. Even tho the past times check out was 6:00 or 6:30, he insisted otherwise. This attitude is unnecessary and un- appreciated. i know that they don't care whether i return or not, So.......
"Fantastic room and free drinks every evening"

Our room was amazing, we had a corner room on the 38th floor with really spectacular views over Manhattan. Beautiful, newly renovated room that was spotless and there were complimentary drinks and canopes every evening between 17.00-20.00 in a lovely lounge with great skyline views. Nice breakfast too. I recommend it highly.
